Refund & Returns Policy
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. While refunds and exchanges are rare, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary.
Physical Products & Kits
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to request a return, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order with details of the issue.
Approved returns must:
Be sent at the customer’s expense
Be received in their original, unused condition
Include all original contents and packaging
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is not received in its original condition.
Bespoke Embroidery Classes
Due to the nature of bespoke classes and the preparation involved, no returns, refunds, or store credit are available once:
The class kit has been shipped, and/or
Class joining details have been issued
By purchasing a bespoke embroidery class, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
